This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as Latent’s pharmacy subject matter expert for both prospective and existing clients.
• Lead the clinical segments of sales calls, product demonstrations, due diligence, and executive meetings.
• Respond to inquiries regarding pharmacy operations, medication accessibility, and integration with current workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales to anticipate objections, articulate the product to clinical and nonclinical stakeholders, and foster trust.
• Work alongside Partner Experience to comprehend customer workflows and aid in implementation decisions.
• Assist pharmacy teams in successfully adopting the product.
• Participate in strategic account discussions to identify opportunities for increased usage, retention, and expansion.
• Convert customer feedback and clinical needs into actionable recommendations for Product.
• Balance clinical value with operational feasibility and business impact.
• Review customer-facing claims, presentations, and guidance for clinical accuracy, patient safety, compliance, and product positioning.
• Develop reusable clinical presentations, diligence responses, workflow guidance, and solutions to common customer inquiries.
• Prepare Sales and Partner Experience teams to address recurring clinical questions.
• Create materials and processes that are frequently utilized by Sales and Partner Experience.
• Establish a feedback loop among customers, Latent’s clinical team, and Product.
• PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Active or recently active pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in pharmacy practice, clinical operations, healthcare technology, or related fields.
• Significant experience with pharmacy workflows.
• Strong understanding of medication access and the everyday needs of pharmacists, pharmacy leaders, and the organizations they support.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and communicating with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Capability to lead detailed workflow discussions and executive-level conversations.
• Proven track record of owning clinical, operational, product, or customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into practical solutions.
• Proficient writing and presentation skills.
• Sound judgment concerning clinical risk, patient safety, compliance, and product claims.
• Comfort in learning and explaining technical and AI products.
• Ability to collaborate closely with commercial and technical teams.
• Hands-on, low-ego approach with a sense of ownership and the capability to navigate ambiguity.
• Nice to have: experience in a healthcare technology, digital health, or pharmacy technology company.
• Nice to have: experience supporting enterprise healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or technology implementations within a pharmacy organization.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI products or clinical decision support tools.
• Nice to have: relationships with pharmacy executives or health system pharmacy leaders, or experience presenting at industry events.
