This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Take charge of CRM data integrity and governance for leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies.
β’ Implement intake controls, matching and deduplication protocols, enrichment priorities, and data quality scorecards.
β’ Show the revenue implications of data deficiencies and prepare GTM data for AI applications.
β’ Guide data quality analysts and draft requirements for GTM Systems.
β’ Formulate deduplication strategies for the dual-CRM environment of MaintainX and Autodesk.
β’ Manage CRM territory oversight, territory procedures, and system specifications.
β’ Oversee account ownership, crediting, and conflict-resolution protocols across various segments, regions, and teams.
β’ Enhance CRM processes and workflows in collaboration with GTM Systems and Revenue Operations.
β’ Facilitate process modifications through release communications, training, and documentation.
β’ Direct the GenAI and automation initiative for GTM field teams, encompassing intake, prioritization, resource allocation, assessment, executive briefings, and enablement.
β’ Identify high-impact automation and agent prospects in partnership with Sales leaders and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
β’ Specify business requirements, recommendations for build-vs-buy decisions, and testing for centrally developed solutions.
β’ Establish standards for team-developed solutions, including governance of knowledge bases, quality benchmarks, and scalability strategies.
β’ Manage rollout, adoption, and ROI evaluation in conjunction with Enablement.
β’ Lead the integration of MaintainX into Autodesk systems, encompassing data, territories, sales processes, engagement rules, and enablement.
β’ Coordinate stakeholders and oversee cadences, risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring accountability for integration results.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy within a B2B SaaS organization.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
β’ Profound knowledge of essential sales processes, territory structure, and engagement guidelines.
β’ Strong understanding of the CRM data model, including Salesforce objects, account hierarchies, matching protocols, and enrichment processes.
β’ Practical experience integrating AI into GTM workflows, including LLMs, agents, and workflow automation, with quantifiable outcomes.
β’ Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineers.
β’ Proven ability to lead extensive cross-functional programs through influence with VP and C-level executives.
β’ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience with M&A or GTM integration is highly desirable.
β’ Ability to work in the specified location.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the United States.
