📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive analyses of business performance, market dynamics, and customer data to uncover potential growth and enhancement opportunities.

• Develop workflows using Alteryx.

• Create visualization dashboards in Tableau for metric analysis.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to formulate and refine business strategies informed by data analysis insights.

• Partner with product development, marketing, and sales teams to synchronize business goals and enhance performance.

• Lead essential projects.

• Keep track of trends in the medical technology industry and the competitive environment.

• Produce clear and persuasive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Analyst, Digital Sales Strategy-related role.

• Background in business analysis within the medical technology and healthcare industries.

• Proficient with data analysis reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.

• Familiarity with SAP, BW, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.

• Experience with Python and both descriptive and inferential statistics.

• Knowledge of predictive, diagnostic, descriptive, and prescriptive analytics.

• Understanding of Medical Technology regulations, specifically ISO 9001.

• Knowledge of FDA-regulated Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
