Senior Analyst de Compras

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Cleanse, model, and consolidate raw transactional data from ERPs and P2P platforms into a unified source of truth.

• Design and oversee BI dashboards utilizing emerging AI technologies and data pipelines to monitor KPIs, cycle times, and predictive modeling.

• Perform spend analyses to pinpoint opportunities for tail-spend consolidation, leverage volume, and prioritize sourcing pipelines.

• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and FP&A to audit, reconcile, and synchronize realized cost reductions with business unit budgets.

• Work alongside Category Managers and Corporate Finance to enhance spending, verify P&L and EBITDA-level savings, and develop executive narratives.

• Convert complex enterprise data into strategic insights while creating modern visual analytics across the global procurement landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).

• Direct experience with enterprise ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience in executive presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Master's degree is preferred.
