📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) event flows, access request workflows, and automated recertification initiatives within enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.

• Conduct internal and external Identity and Access Management (IAM) control audits and engage in ongoing monitoring activities.

• Prepare technical documentation and devise risk mitigation strategies to uphold zero-trust principles and ITIL standards in healthcare settings.

• Convert intricate business access needs into detailed functional specifications, role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks, and development narratives for IAM engineering teams utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Execute in-depth root-cause analyses on complex identity, authentication, and authorization issues.

• Ensure precise operational documentation is maintained and offer tier-3 escalation support.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of collective experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Extensive knowledge of navigating HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI-DSS regulatory compliance requirements within a large healthcare ecosystem.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams as a Scrum Master or Technical Lead utilizing Agile/Kanban methodologies.

• Practical experience using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs to automate directory services management and customize IAM integrations.
