This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +6 more states.
• Oversee the management database system for contracts.
• Accurately reconcile chargeback submissions from suppliers and customers within the set timeframe.
• Handle chargeback cases pertaining to suppliers.
• Input contract pricing and membership details into the contract management database.
• Maintain exception reports to analyze pricing and membership data.
• Collaborate with distribution centers to address contract discrepancies.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and external partners to resolve inquiries and payment-related issues.
• Utilize dashboards to identify, compare, and reconcile contract information.
• Examine variance contracts returned by suppliers.
• Investigate contract issues, pinpoint their origins, and determine suitable solutions.
• Reconcile chargebacks following approved guidelines.
• Oversee suppliers' Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolios.
• Collect outstanding amounts from suppliers while minimizing write-off amounts.
• Assist with supplier Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology projects as needed.
• Provide updates on status to supervisors and team members.
• Communicate across different workstreams and discuss insights with the team supervisor.
• Aid department managers in meeting preparations.
• Foster professional working relationships.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required.
• Familiarity with Contracts & Chargebacks is preferred.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Expertise in SAP is preferred.
• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail with the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and situations.
