📋 Description

• Deliver business insights and analytics to empower the US commercial organization in formulating and executing strategic objectives.

• Address the daily analytical and insight-generation requirements of the business.

• Assist in demand forecasting and revenue projections for AOP, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly sales performance evaluations.

• Aid in the creation and annual revisions of market models.

• Generate periodic dashboards that monitor leading and lagging indicators for regional and global management processes.

• Supply SKU-level master data to meet requests from distributors and the sales team.

• Design and implement proactive data-cleansing procedures to maintain data integrity.

• Enhance and automate portfolio tools to deliver precise, timely, and usable data while visualizing trends.

• Assist in channel management tasks, including DIOH analysis and reporting, incentive tracking, channel marketing program evaluations, and channel projection strategy and ROI assessments.

• Provide actionable insights regarding customer purchasing patterns across GPOs, NRLs, and Alternate Sites.

• Create ad-hoc reports for marketing, sales, and essential business partners.

• Collaborate cross-functionally as an individual contributor supporting various functions within the ADX North America region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role that supports commercial operations, marketing, and sales, preferably in a downstream capacity.

• Strong analytical skills in Excel, Access, or SAS with a solid understanding of business dynamics.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree major in a technical field or engineering, business, or marketing.

• Preferred: Experience in the laboratory industry, medical devices, or diagnostics.
