Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement and supply chain initiatives, focusing on spend analysis, forecasting, and consolidation.

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative evaluations to create Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Should Cost models.

• Share insights with key client stakeholders utilizing presentation skills, data analytics, and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Oversee complete sourcing processes, which encompass requirements gathering, demand forecasting, budget baselining, value engineering, RFx development, go-to-market strategy formulation, and supplier negotiations.

• Assist in the formulation of category strategies by benchmarking spend, supplier, and industry best practices.

• Aid in tracking project budgets, historical spending, projected versus actual savings, and value delivery.

• Report on and update contracts, change orders, supplier performance dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, supplier risk assessments, and lifecycle management.

• Manage daily procurement operations, from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order conversion, processing Change Orders, and handling ad-hoc PO administration.

• Provide support for ad-hoc sourcing requests while ensuring timely customer service to internal stakeholders.

• Engage in client report-outs, process enhancement, and data optimization activities.

• Follow guidance from stakeholders at various levels, produce high-quality work with minimal oversight, and report progress to team leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.

• 3 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or consulting within a Fortune 1,000 company.

• Proficient in financial assessments, data evaluations, MS Excel (including pivot tables), and creating charts and graphs, as well as MS PowerPoint presentations.

• A minimum of one year of experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms (such as Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly desired.

• Capacity to think creatively and quantitatively in a problem-solving context.

• Comfort in interacting with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, flexible, and demonstrating initiative and confidence.

• Outstanding communication abilities (both written and verbal), including formal presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Versatile communication skills adaptable to various corporate cultures and organizational structures of clients.

• Expertise in supply chain and procurement assessments, including interviewing, modeling and analytics, and report writing.

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: scoping, market and supplier research, RFx management, and negotiations.

• Internal activities: benchmarking, client research, proposal development, and other internal projects.

• Developing technical proficiency with spend assessments and visibility tools to identify opportunity assessments, such as creating spend assessments, establishing baseline spend, and calculating realized savings from sourcing activities.

• Hands-on experience with procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.

• Sourcing experience in categories such as IT, Professional Services, CAPEX, MRO, Marketing, Facilities Management, Utilities, Logistics, Office Supplies, etc.
