Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Directly engage with clients on Procurement and Supply Chain initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve effectiveness, and increase influence over spending and value creation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on spend analysis, forecasting, and consolidation projects.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments to create Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Should Cost models.

• Present insights to key client stakeholders using presentation skills, data analytics, and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Facilitate comprehensive sourcing processes, including requirements gathering, demand forecasting, budget baselining, value engineering, RFx development, go-to-market strategy formulation, and supplier negotiation.

• Assist in the development of category strategies by utilizing spend data, supplier insights, and industry best-practice benchmarking.

• Support the tracking of project budgets, historical spending, projected versus actual savings, and value delivery metrics.

• Manage the reporting and updating of contracts, change orders, supplier performance dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, supplier risk assessments, and lifecycle management.

• Oversee daily procurement processes, including PREQ-to-PO conversion, change-order processing, and ad-hoc PO administration.

• Address ad-hoc sourcing requests and provide timely customer service to internal stakeholders.

• Participate in client report-outs, process improvement initiatives, and data optimization activities.

• Follow direction from stakeholders at various levels, produce high-quality work with minimal oversight, and report status updates to team leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Supply Chain / Procurement.

• 3-10+ years of supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company.

• Advanced skills in financial assessments, data evaluations, MS Excel (including pivot tables), creating charts and graphs, and developing MS PowerPoint presentations.

• At least one year of experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred.

• Ability to creatively and quantitatively solve problems in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team setting.

• Self-motivated, able to multitask, flexible, and demonstrate initiative and confidence.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including formal presentation abilities.

• Proficient in conducting supply chain and procurement assessments: interviewing, modeling and analytics, and report writing.

• Experienced in Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: scoping, market and supplier research, RFx development, management, evaluation, and negotiations.

• Skilled in enhancing technical efficiency with spend assessments and visibility tools to identify opportunities, such as creating spend assessments, establishing baseline spending, and calculating realized savings from sourcing events.

• Hands-on experience with procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.

• Sourcing experience in categories such as IT, Professional Services, CAPEX, MRO, Marketing, Facilities Management, Utilities, Logistics, Office Supplies, etc.
