Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough analyses of operational processes, workflows, and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Examine data and KPIs to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for greater efficiency.

• Create and execute initiatives for process improvement aimed at streamlining operations and boosting productivity.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, redundancies, and activities that do not add value.

• Analyze operational data to derive insights that facilitate decision-making.

• Set up reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey operational performance and trends effectively.

• Inform stakeholders about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and motivate team members to share ideas and solutions.

• Recognize areas of concern and propose corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience using data visualization tools such as MS PowerPoint and Excel.

• Capability to support and manage complex initiatives while effectively prioritizing time allocation.

• High degree of integrity, independent judgment, and initiative.

• Strong execution skills to fulfill deliverables and meet timelines.

• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.

• Understanding of metrics, activity measurement, productivity rates, value/savings validation, business cases, and business models.

• Preferred experience of 3 to 5 years working collaboratively with pharmacy operation teams.

• At least 3 years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is preferred.

• Ability to engage with senior leaders and management to clarify requirements and business needs is preferred.

• Collaborative skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment are preferred.

• Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in strategy and priorities is preferred.

• Ability to apply innovative strategies to deliver initiatives is preferred.
