Senior Analyst, AFS Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Reach out to utility companies across the US to initiate or terminate utility services.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to gather necessary documentation for utility activations.

• Monitor and process monthly utility payments.

• Handle deposits when necessary and secure refunds after services are discontinued.

• Partner with executive leadership to formulate and structure financial strategies for various business segments.

• Provide support for technologies and services within the mortgage and real estate sectors.

• A degree in any discipline (Essential).

• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts (Essential).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (Essential).

• Capacity to work independently with a strong attention to detail (Essential).

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.

• Proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Overall work experience of 0-5 years.

• Strong communication skills and an interest in the US Mortgage process for recent graduates.

• Prior experience in Mortgage Services is preferred (Desired).

• Familiarity with MS Office applications is preferred (Desired).

• Basic understanding of the US Mortgage system.
