Senior Analyst, AFS Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Reach out to utility providers in the United States to initiate or terminate utility services.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to gather the necessary documentation for utility activations.

• Monitor and settle monthly utility invoices.

• Make deposits when necessary and request refunds once services are terminated.

• Partner directly with Executive leadership to develop and organize financial strategies for various business lines.

• A graduate degree in any field (Essential).

• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts (Essential).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Essential).

• Ability to work independently with a keen focus on detail (Essential).

• Capacity to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.

• Proficiency in multitasking and operating under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Overall 0-5 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they possess strong communication skills and an interest in the US Mortgage process.

• Previous experience in Mortgage Services is preferred (Desired).

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Desired).

• Basic understanding of the US Mortgage landscape.
