Senior Analista Funcional Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Translate client operations into actionable requirements.

• Take ownership of refining each service order: scope, business rules, acceptance criteria, and validation with user areas.

• Gather and document the functional scope of each service order: screens, fields, business rules, integrations, and dependencies.

• Write user stories with clear and verifiable acceptance criteria.

• Agree on scope and criteria with the client’s user areas before the order enters development.

• Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, and test cases.

• Support the squad during construction, address functional questions, and validate the work before the quality gate.

• Provide support during functional certification and client UAT.

• Record requests that exceed the baseline and contribute to the change management process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in functional systems analysis.

• More than 1 year of experience in Salesforce or CRM projects.

• Experience documenting user stories and acceptance criteria in agile methodologies.

• Proficient in backlog management tools (Azure Boards, Jira, or similar).

• Ability to conduct workshops with business users and finalize definitions.

• Experience in banking: account products, cards, or insurance (preferred).

• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud (preferred).

• Ability to read integration contracts (OpenAPI / Swagger) (preferred).

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
