Senior AI Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, define, and develop security architecture requirements alongside secure designs for AI technology solutions spanning business, information technology, and security domains.

• Lead the creation of technical architectures and designs.

• Formulate security requirements and conduct threat modeling.

• Align security and risk priorities with business objectives.

• Design the overarching security program infrastructure and security architecture frameworks.

• Strategize, design, and recommend security enhancements for information security and technological infrastructures.

• Reconcile business objectives with security needs.

• Recognize current and emerging security threats and devise architectural elements to counteract them.

• Identify deficiencies in existing reference architecture and revise affected security architecture components.

• Supervise threat modeling, risk assessments, and security evaluations of enterprise and EIP infrastructure.

• Develop and oversee security requirements for GenAI, models, MCP, Agentic AI solutions, and software integrations with Humana systems.

• Ensure that security requirements are integrated across enterprise architecture, including reference models, segment architectures, and solution architectures.

• Establish security standards, templates, safeguards, and controls for Humana's AI application architecture.

• Identify opportunities for process and tooling automation within current security architecture patterns.

• Engage in research, assessment, and deployment of AI testing tools, frameworks, and utilities.

• Collaborate with leaders from the EIP Department, Humana enterprise stakeholders, and relevant EIP stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical Cybersecurity architecture.

• At least 1 year of experience in Artificial Intelligence Security.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in integrating Cybersecurity technologies with existing systems.

• Proven experience implementing Cybersecurity solutions with a wide-ranging enterprise impact.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Preferred: Master's Degree in a Technical Field.

• Preferred: CISSP or CEH certification.

• Experience in AI Security.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.

• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Familiarity with AISPM, LLM Firewall, and DSPM.

• Knowledge of AI Security Frameworks and Standards, including NIST AI RMF and OWASP Top 10 for LLM.

• Skills in Architectural Threat Modeling.

• Experience in Business Architecture.

• Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Security.

• Expertise in Cloud Security Architecture.

• Familiarity with Computer Protection Components Configuration, such as hardware firewalls, servers, and routers.

• Knowledge of Information Security Architecture.

• Understanding of Information Technology Security.

• Skills in Multi-Level Security/Cross Domain/Hybrid Solutions Design.

• Experience in Security Program Development.

• Skills in Security Strategy & Planning.

• Experience in Security Strategy Transformation.

• Technical troubleshooting abilities for problem-solving.

• Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.

• Required minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Satellite and wireless internet service is not permitted.

• A dedicated workspace that minimizes interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Must reside within 60 minutes of a designated metro location or be willing to relocate within 12 months post-hire.
