This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a suite of clinical and operational AI initiatives.
• Lead AI products through their entire lifecycle, from problem definition and discovery to building, clinical validation, deployment, and ongoing iteration.
• Convert real-world clinical and operational challenges into well-defined, actionable AI solutions in collaboration with clinicians, operational leaders, data scientists, and engineers.
• Establish success criteria and measurement frameworks, monitor production performance, and promote continuous improvement.
• Facilitate coordination among product, platform, governance, and clinical teams.
• Assess options for building, buying, or partnering for new capabilities.
• Ensure AI products comply with clinical validation standards and are prepared for frontline implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics, compliance, and legal stakeholders as necessary.
• Keep track of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform the evolution of the roadmap.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in healthcare, digital health, or a related area.
• Proven ability to lead AI or data-driven products through full lifecycle delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience working directly with data scientists and engineers, possessing the technical fluency to pose challenging questions and make informed trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle, or health plan functions.
• Experience in defining and monitoring product KPIs, using production data to drive iterations and improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with Epic and its AI ecosystem, including NoteReader, Cosmos, and the Showroom marketplace.
• Knowledge of clinical AI applications related to ambient documentation, clinical decision support, revenue cycle, or prior authorization.
• Experience working within agile delivery teams in a healthcare or regulated industry context.
• Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI principles, or clinical validation methodologies.
