Senior AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance LLM-driven systems for intricate tendering processes

• Manage features from inception to completion, covering model/agent, API, and TypeScript front-end

• Create backend services, APIs, and integrate web applications

• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to transform business challenges into AI functionalities

• Oversee, alert, and consistently refine production AI systems

• Implement trunk-based development with daily deployment cycles

• Sustain Cypress E2E tests along with rigorous typing, linting, and formatting standards

• Deploy infrastructure to AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js

• Over 5 years of experience writing production-quality Python

• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered features in a production web application from start to finish

• Extensive hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM/agent systems, encompassing RAG, tool utilization, multi-step reasoning, and evaluations

• Skills in backend engineering for designing APIs, data pipelines, and services

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and assessing product readiness for launch

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Proactive approach and a focus on data-driven experimentation
