This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Deliver specialized technical sales support for Red Hat AI go-to-market initiatives across North American customer accounts.
• Eliminate organizational, technical, and competitive barriers to establish Red Hat AI as the preferred platform for AI solutions.
• Assist customers in training, developing, and managing applications utilizing proprietary data and AI models.
• Communicate Red Hat’s value proposition effectively to leadership, data scientists, developers, and IT teams.
• Carry out technical architecture walkthroughs, business-value discussions, customer-facing workshops, and implement best practices for AI systems.
• Collaborate with the AI business unit and engineering teams to test, document, and showcase advanced features.
• Partner with Red Hat sales, Customer Success, Consulting Services, and partner teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify customer challenges and barriers alongside Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects.
• Plan, design, and implement AI systems, including data pipelines, ML pipelines, and approaches for ML training and serving.
• Facilitate in-depth technical discussions before and after sales, proofs of concept, bake-offs, internal sprints, hackathons, and partner AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI customer stakeholders and advocate within customer teams.
• Provide market insights to the AI business unit and engineering teams.
• Engage in community outreach and customer advocacy efforts, including speaking at conferences and writing blog posts.
• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in architecting, deploying, and managing production-grade containerized environments.
• Extensive technical knowledge in Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cluster operations, software-defined networking, persistent storage, and cluster security.
• Experience in configuring, optimizing, and scheduling containerized workloads on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with specialized hardware resource management, such as GPU scheduling, NVIDIA Operators, or Multi-Instance GPU configuration.
• Practical experience in developing machine learning use cases, including building AI applications such as deep learning, LLM/RAG, NLP, computer vision, or pattern recognition.
• Proficiency in a statistical programming language like Python.
• Application of machine learning techniques and open-source frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience in designing AI systems and architecting data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions in MLOps and LLMOps, including Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Ansible.
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and lead business value discussions.
• Executive presence and strong public speaking skills.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales engineering, technical sales, implementation consulting, machine learning operations, or industry verticals is a plus.
