Senior AI Innovation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across all departments within the organization, working closely with Marketing, Sales, PMO, GTM, Delivery, and Operations.

• Design, develop, and manage internal tools and services that utilize genAI to enhance efficiency and minimize manual effort.

• Create workflow automation through event-driven systems to eliminate manual tasks in commercial operations, delivery, and managed services.

• Produce production-quality genAI applications employing LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic patterns.

• Establish internal platform capabilities, including APIs, data pipelines, and integrations that connect various business systems.

• Develop reusable solution accelerators that can ultimately be packaged and offered to customers.

• Create observability and operational tools, which include monitoring, alerting, and reliability infrastructure.

• Deliver secure, enterprise-level, production genAI tools and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in architecting and developing complex, event-driven, data-centric business applications, ideally using Python or a similar OOP language.

• Preference for polyglots; a strong functional programming background is highly regarded.

• Openness and capability to learn new programming languages and technologies as required.

• Expertise in designing, deploying, and enhancing applications at scale with third-party dependencies.

• Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, and event-driven design patterns.

• A security-first approach with a keen emphasis on user and data protection.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including migrations, data analysis, synchronization flows, and ETL processes.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience managing multiple data sources in intricate scenarios.

• Cloud experience with a solid understanding of AWS.

• Background in writing and developing testing frameworks, such as end-to-end, smoke, integration, and unit tests; or the ability to articulate testing philosophies and approaches, especially for genAI systems.

• Completion of employment verification and background checks required upon accepting an offer.
