Senior AI Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop and take charge of the company's strategy for AI adoption along with the implementation roadmap.

• Assess business processes and workflows to pinpoint high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.

• Create and execute AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Guide the organization in transitioning from informal AI usage to a structured, company-wide adoption model.

• Prioritize AI initiatives based on business requirements, anticipated impact, and feasibility assessments.

• Integrate AI functionalities within the company's ActiveCampaign ecosystem and existing technology infrastructure.

• Review AI tools and integrations to ensure compatibility with business needs.

• Analyze repetitive, manual, or suboptimal workflows and develop scalable automation solutions.

• Continuously assess and refine existing automation processes.

• Utilize operational data to prioritize initiatives and set measurable objectives.

• Monitor and report on workflow performance and business impact to the leadership team.

• Collaborate with leadership to translate business challenges into actionable AI solutions.

• Convey AI capabilities, limitations, progress, and results to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Assist teams in adopting new AI-driven workflows.

• Possibly mentor, coordinate, or manage additional support for implementation.

• Immerse in the organization before the September 1 event through observation and familiarization.

• Prepare for comprehensive implementation tasks following the event.

• Establish a prioritized AI roadmap, integrate AI within ActiveCampaign workflows, launch measurable automation, and create reporting within the initial 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI tools, automations, and workflows within a business context.

• Senior-level experience is highly preferred.

• Background in contributing to structured AI adoption initiatives.

• Experience in identifying business processes suitable for AI enhancement and translating those opportunities into viable solutions.

• Proven ability to build AI processes or workflows from scratch and enhance them using measurable outcomes.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM platforms and their integrations.

• Competence in assessing AI tools and automation prospects based on business criteria, existing systems, feasibility, and expected impact.

• Capability to utilize data for prioritizing automation opportunities and measuring workflow performance.

• Skill in independently managing an AI initiative from problem identification through to implementation, measurement, and optimization.

• Ability to collaborate directly with leadership to translate operational needs into practical AI solutions.

• Proficiency in explaining AI capabilities, progress, and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities autonomously.

• Capacity to juggle multiple initiatives with clear priorities, documentation, and follow-through.

• Highly self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Strategic thinker who is comfortable with hands-on execution.

• Data-oriented and focused on achieving measurable business results.

• Inquisitive about emerging AI capabilities and their practical business applications.

• Comfortable in creating processes and systems from the ground up.
