Senior AI Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI agents along with orchestration capabilities utilizing Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.

• Create and expand AI-driven guided workflows and automation functionalities.

• Design, build, and optimize conversational AI and chat-based interactions.

• Implement capabilities for agent planning, orchestration, memory, tool-calling, and response generation.

• Integrate AI agents and applications with enterprise systems, services, and APIs.

• Support modern AI integration frameworks and agent communication methodologies.

• Establish AI observability, monitoring, telemetry, and performance tracking features.

• Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to accelerate platform development and deliver business use cases.

• Address technical challenges, enhance solution reliability, and drive ongoing platform improvements.

• Participate in architecture discussions, promote best practices, and advocate for scalable AI engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical experience in Software Engineering and enterprise application development.

• More than 4 years of experience in Python development.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LangGraph, including agent workflows, stateful orchestration, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven execution flows.

• Over 2 years of experience with LangChain, focusing on LLM-powered applications, tool integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.

• Strong grasp of agentic AI concepts such as AI agents, planning, orchestration, memory management, and tool-calling frameworks.

• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and solutions.

• Background in integrating AI applications with enterprise platforms, backend services, and APIs.

• Experience in designing and implementing conversational AI and chat-based applications in live environments.

• Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, telemetry, and evaluation platforms.

• Deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Experience in Agile development settings and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication (preferred).

• Experience in building and deploying multi-agent AI solutions in production (preferred).

• Familiarity with implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge-based AI systems (preferred).

• Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies (preferred).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).

• Experience with centralized AI platforms that support multiple business functions and use cases (preferred).

• Exposure to healthcare or other highly regulated enterprise environments (preferred).
