Senior AI Engineer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accelerate progress across new growth initiatives — you are the key individual who transitions workflows from specifications to production.

• Ensure integration reliability — maintain seamless connections between systems, handle errors effectively, and adapt as tools evolve.

• Document workflows comprehensively — every workflow you create is clearly documented so that a domain expert can understand, fine-tune, and enhance it independently.

• Automate agent orchestration workflows for various growth scenarios — streamline decisions and actions that currently require human input across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, conversion optimization, incentives, and other growth strategies.

• Facilitate integrations among our AI reasoning layer, growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools.

• Develop shared agent infrastructure components — create reusable workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients that every growth initiative can utilize.

• Implement monitoring and audit logging — guarantee that every agent action is traceable, versioned, and queryable for governance and ongoing enhancement.

• Establish creative and content generation pipelines — automate the process from brief to variant to distribution across growth channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems — utilizing AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation tools, or similar technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of API integrations — including REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and large-scale error handling.

• Proficiency in working with LLM APIs — encompassing prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool usage, and agent chaining.

• Ability to work from specifications — you can accurately construct a workflow design without the architect present.

• Familiarity with a growth or marketing context — you understand the objectives of your work beyond just the construction process.

• Ability to balance speed and quality — you deliver quickly while being mindful of the quality of your output.
