Senior AI Engineer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate directly with the AI Growth Infrastructure Lead, the Growth Workflow Specialists across various channels, and the domain experts who define the workflows you will create.

• You will function within the Growth Foundations Group — the centralized team responsible for developing the engine that drives every product team in the organization.

• As an AI Engineer specializing in Growth, you will be the second builder on this engine. Partnering with our lead architect, you will execute by building, shipping, and refining the agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and system integrations that fuel all growth workstreams: paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, referrals, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems — utilizing AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation tools, or similar technologies.

• A solid understanding of API integrations — including REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs — including prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool utilization, and agent chaining.

• Ability to work from specifications — you can accurately translate a workflow design into implementation without the architect present.

• Experience in a growth or marketing context — you comprehend the objectives of what you're building, beyond just the mechanics of building it.

• A balance of speed and quality — you deliver quickly while ensuring the quality of your output matters.
