Lead AI Generative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the quality of AI-generated visual content by producing realistic, appealing, and consistent images of models and personas.

• Continuously enhance realism, visual appeal, approval rates, and overall business performance.

• Develop and refine scalable generative AI pipelines utilizing Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed, and various other AI platforms.

• Streamline content production at scale through batch generation and processing workflows using ComfyUI, n8n, APIs, simple scripts, and vibecoding.

• Set the technical direction for AI image generation and coordinate different content streams.

• Establish best practices to facilitate a transition from one-off generation to a dependable production system.

• Investigate and experiment with new AI models, tools, and methodologies.

• Assess business value and implement solutions that enhance speed, quality, scalability, or cost-effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in generative AI image production, preferably focused on realistic people, models, avatars, AI personas, or high-volume visual content.

• Strong technical knowledge of ComfyUI, Flux, or similar frameworks.

• Practical experience in building workflows, batch generation, APIs, n8n, automation tools, or basic scripting.

• Excellent visual judgment and a keen eye for detail.

• In-depth understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting, consistency, artifacts, and overall image quality.

• Senior-level responsibility with the capability to develop processes, think systemically, work independently, communicate effectively, challenge ideas, and make informed decisions in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
