📋 Description

• Innovate AI-based solutions that improve care navigation and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services

• Spearhead rapid prototyping initiatives and convert concepts into deployable features

• Design and implement full-stack solutions utilizing Node.js, React, TypeScript, Ruby, GraphQL, and Postgres

• Make independent technical decisions while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Develop and sustain scalable, production-ready systems that securely and reliably manage sensitive healthcare data

• Set technical standards and best practices for AI integration throughout the platform

• Guide team members and enhance the engineering culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building production applications at a large scale

• Comprehensive full-stack engineering experience

• Capability to make independent technical decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in constructing scalable, production-quality systems that securely handle sensitive healthcare information

• Skill in effectively communicating complex technical ideas to various audiences

• Proficient in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Ruby, GraphQL, and Postgres

• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML features in production settings (extra credit)

• Background in optimizing LLM implementations and prompt engineering (extra credit)

• Familiarity with healthcare technology or HIPAA compliance (extra credit)
