This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.
• Create, develop, and implement autonomous AI agents to automate virtual pre-construction, building plan analysis, and estimation processes.
• Construct and refine agentic AI workflows that extract geometrical data, identify materials, and carry out multi-step quantity estimation tasks.
• Design AI-driven solutions that substantially decrease estimation turnaround times by automating repetitive and manual activities.
• Incorporate contemporary AI technologies and LLM orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, AutoGen, and similar tools, into production-ready applications.
• Utilize robotics, computer vision, and spatial reasoning techniques to interpret 2D drawings and 3D digital twin models.
• Develop and enhance Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, allowing for efficient review and validation of AI-generated outputs by estimators.
• Create and sustain high-performance, scalable software using C++ and other performance-focused technologies as needed.
• Integrate AI workflows with cloud services, APIs, and internal platforms to facilitate seamless end-to-end automation.
• Enhance system performance, reliability, and accuracy while ensuring deterministic AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to design, test, and continuously enhance AI-driven automation solutions.
• Research, assess, and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices to elevate the platform's capabilities.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and system architecture to assist in ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrated experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Robotics Engineer, or in a comparable role.
• Strong programming expertise in **C++** or other performance-oriented languages like **Rust** or **C#**, along with a solid grasp of systems programming concepts.
• Practical experience in developing AI-powered applications using **Python** and contemporary machine learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in constructing autonomous or agentic AI workflows utilizing tools such as **LangChain**, **LangGraph**, **Claude Code**, **AutoGen**, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI agent architectures.
• Experience in robotics, computer vision, spatial reasoning, reinforcement learning, or autonomous systems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with API development and integration, cloud platforms, and scalable software architecture.
• Experience with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows or AI-assisted automation solutions is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to automate intricate, multi-step business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• A **portfolio** is required.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Experience with CAD, BIM, 3D models, digital twins, or computational geometry.
• Background in computer vision for architectural plans, drawings, or spatial data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in building production-ready AI systems with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability.
