Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain LLM-based agents within production settings, catering to both customer interactions and internal operations.

• Construct MCP servers utilizing existing databases and production infrastructures.

• Manage multiple internal and external MCP servers within a cohesive agent framework.

• Design and execute architectures for memory, context management, and RAG tailored for production applications.

• Set up evaluation frameworks, address edge cases, and persistently enhance agent performance post-launch.

• Operate within architectures that integrate databases, APIs, interfaces, agents, and orchestration applications.

• Create AI solutions leveraging Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce scalable and dependable AI-driven products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1.5-2+ years of direct experience with LLMs and AI agents in live production environments.

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Python development, or Data Science.

• Over 6 years of overall experience in IT as a Software Engineer, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer.

• Hands-on production expertise with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry (including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI).

• Documented experience in building and deploying LLM-based agents for production, encompassing both customer-facing conversational AI and internal workflow automation agents.

• Proven proficiency with at least one agent framework: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands Agents, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

• Extensive MCP knowledge, including the development of MCP servers over existing databases and systems, integration of external MCP servers, and coordination of multiple MCP services under a unified agent.

• Strong background in production-grade RAG, memory, and context engineering.

• Experience with embeddings, chunking techniques, hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and both short-term and long-term agent memory.

• Practical knowledge in implementing agentic patterns such as ReAct, Planner-Executor, Reflection, Router, Supervisor, Multi-Agent Systems, and Human-in-the-Loop.

• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and iterative optimization based on production usage and failure analysis.

• Solid understanding of system architecture involving databases, APIs, agents, and orchestration applications.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Preferred: experience in fintech, trading, investing, brokerage, cryptocurrency-related products, regulated industries, broader AWS or Azure cloud expertise, LangSmith, Langfuse, Ragas, or custom evaluation pipelines.
