Senior AI Architect – Conversational AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and drive a long-term architectural vision for AI/ML.

• Take ownership of the strategic roadmap for Twilio’s ML/AI Operations platform and tools.

• Assess and implement contemporary LLM architectures.

• Lead the architecture development for autonomous AI systems.

• Transition smoothly from high-level strategic discussions to in-depth code evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering.

• A minimum of 6 years dedicated to building and scaling production-grade ML systems.

• Extensive knowledge of ML Ops and LLM Ops methodologies.

• Profound expertise in the design, architecture, and deployment of production-grade ML/AI systems.

• Solid experience in developing cloud-based services utilizing AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
