Senior AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical expert for the AI and Data initiatives you assist.

• Create and execute Machine Learning, deep learning, and various AI algorithms and solutions.

• Design prototypes and assess AI models to tackle specific business challenges.

• Examine logs and usage metrics for AI models to pinpoint failures, unexpected behaviors, or areas for enhancing user experience.

• Engage in research on emerging AI methods and technologies.

• Perform functional testing following updates or deployments to confirm that interactions and workflows operate correctly.

• Record AI project processes, methodologies, and outcomes in a clear and understandable manner.

• Contribute to designing business process solutions that utilize AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with ML projects and both supervised and unsupervised learning models.

• Proven background in AI projects that involve developing knowledge bases for RAG applications.

• Experience in executing automated processes with AI.

• Familiarity with creating AI solutions and deploying algorithms into production.

• Knowledge of AI agents and Agentic AI.

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.

• Understanding of MLOps architectures, CI/CD for models, and versioning and monitoring utilizing MLflow.

• Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure), particularly with AI products such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure AI Foundry.

• Established experience with Deep Learning projects and Artificial Neural Networks.

• Familiarity with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex.

• Preferred: certifications in AI, AWS, Azure, or Databricks.

• Preferred: experience with enterprise-scale and multimodal AI projects.

• Preferred: understanding of Spec-Driven Development (SDDs) for AI projects.

• Preferred: knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI.
