Senior AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist teams in converting knowledge into manuals, contexts, and resources for AI agents.

• Craft conversations that encompass objectives, tone, user profiles, and desired experiences.

• Set up and manage agents in n8n, which includes prompts, tools, and SQL queries, collaborating closely with the BI and Technology teams.

• Evaluate and oversee real conversations, transforming failures into corrections and new test cases.

• Record prompts, protocols, and decisions within the corporate framework.

• Act as a resource for Sales, Support, Marketing, and Education departments.

• Recognize requirements, oversee the AI backlog, and communicate priorities to Product leadership.

• Develop methods and share reusable best practices across teams.

• Train and manage AI agents utilized by cinema chains, converting business knowledge into dependable responses regarding ticketing and customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, data analysis, operations, customer experience (CX), or consulting.

• Practical experience with generative AI and AI agents in active environments.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and verifying business data.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with an ability to effectively guide others.

• Self-sufficient, possessing a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for collaboration.

• Familiarity with n8n or another low-code automation platform is a plus.

• Experience in Conversation Design and a background in customer service or support is an advantage.

• Background in the cinema industry is a plus.

• This role is not centered on software development or AI engineering; the emphasis is on business, operations, and data.
