This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Establish and steer the technical direction for the Customer Experience Predictive Algorithms, Performance Optimization, and Analytics and Insights teams.
• Collaborate with CX Suite Leads to develop value-centric technical roadmaps.
• Oversee budget and resource distribution across various capabilities and teams.
• Convert product roadmaps into scalable technology architectures and actionable development plans.
• Evaluate the impact and value of AI solutions, design solution architectures, and create prototypes and pilots when necessary.
• Ensure that technical planning aligns with consistent KPI frameworks, governed measurement, and analytics ready for decision-making.
• Lead the development of consolidated insights, enterprise reporting, digital analytics, in-house marketing mix, and predictive analytics products.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and responsible, ethical AI standards.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, capability enhancement, and evolution of operating models.
• Manage vendor partnerships and guarantee quality delivery in line with objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical accountability point for Customer Analytics & Insights and Performance Analytics & Optimization suites.
• Coordinate roadmap dependencies, integrations, and architectural decisions with technical and platform teams.
• Collaborate with Suite Leads and business teams to shape product experiences and convert user needs into scalable solutions.
• Represent technical architecture, platforms, and delivery considerations in domain, cross-suite, and executive discussions.
• Align shared data infrastructure, integration standards, and AI/ML enablement across various teams.
• Lead the resolution of technical issues across teams that affect performance or adoption.
• Develop people managers and promote collaboration, inclusion, belonging, and high performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience post-Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years post-Master’s degree, in data engineering, technical data/analytics architecture, or management of enterprise platform delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Python and R for advanced analytics and AI, along with cloud data platforms like Redshift and Snowflake.
• A minimum of 5 years in a role such as Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or comparable position overseeing a team of developers.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, or modeling platforms like Power BI, in-house Marketing Mix Solutions, and Predictive Analytics Products.
• Practical experience with Python and R for analytics and data engineering.
• Familiarity with Redshift and Snowflake for data sourcing, transformation, and integration.
• Experience in guiding technical architecture within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Product Operating Model principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams and technical leaders.
• Extensive experience in developing predictive models, including design, explainability, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and retirement.
• Strong background in leading Analytics, Advanced Analytics, and AI development teams.
• Experience in evaluating AI solutions, designing MVPs/pilots, A/B testing, and determining success metrics.
• Knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms, and contemporary engineering frameworks.
• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and compliant analytics and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise digital platforms, business intelligence, analytics platforms, marketing mix solutions, and predictive analytics products.
• Experience in designing and governing enterprise analytics data models, including star schemas, semantic models, DAX/Power BI, KPI definitions, and reusable datasets.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions using development standards, CI/CD practices, quality gates, data contracts, refresh SLAs, lineage, and metric consistency.
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture.
• Experience working within Agile product development teams and product operating models.
• Awareness of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Capabilities in technical program management and vendor relationship management.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, including resource planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% as required.
