Director of AI Strategy – Adoption

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with department leaders to recognize and prioritize AI use cases throughout the organization.

• Oversee AI adoption projects from inception to execution, managing every phase from scoping to deployment.

• Analyze current workflows and redesign processes to seamlessly incorporate AI tools.

• Create prototypes utilizing platforms like Claude Code or Codex.

• Establish success metrics and provide reports on the return on investment (ROI) of AI initiatives.

• Develop and conduct AI training and change management programs.

• Stay informed about the AI tool landscape and offer guidance to departments on tools and strategies that are worth implementing.

• Define and establish Continental's inaugural AI function from the ground up.

• Report directly to the EVP & Chief Customer Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product, project, program management, or technology enablement.

• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the AI domain.

• Actively monitor new AI tools and models, with the ability to discuss the AI landscape confidently.

• A passion for AI coupled with a willingness to explore new tools and work independently.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

• No programming experience is necessary.

• Must successfully complete a post-offer criminal background check.
