Senior Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable Generative AI and agentic AI applications from start to finish.

• Create LLM-driven workflows and prompt strategies for self-learning, reflexive, multi-agent systems.

• Develop intelligent AI agents utilizing LangChain and LangGraph for NL-to-SQL, autonomous task agents, and RAG pipelines.

• Choose, customize, fine-tune, and enhance cutting-edge LLMs.

• Design and manage comprehensive ML/GenAI pipelines, encompassing training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Build APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks to incorporate AI into enterprise products.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices by addressing hallucinations, bias, and reliability risks.

• Collaborate directly with customers, product teams, and engineering to convert business requirements into effective AI architecture.

• Mentor engineers and contribute to shaping the long-term strategy for the AI platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in traditional ML, including at least 2 years of hands-on work with Generative AI.

• Extensive experience with LLMs (such as GPT), prompt engineering, and agentic systems.

• Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph or comparable agentic frameworks.

• Proficient in Python — developing API wrappers, third-party integrations, and internal tools.

• Strong foundation in Transformers, CNNs, RNNs; hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Experienced in NLP, embedding models, and vector databases.

• Practical experience with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, Azure OpenAI, and various open-source models.

• Experience in designing distributed, cloud-native architectures (microservices, REST APIs).

• Proficient with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker/Kubernetes.

• Experienced in MLOps/LLMOps — training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of startups and possess a strong sense of ownership.

• Preferred: Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, RLHF, PEFT).

• Preferred: Performance optimization skills (GPU/TPU acceleration, quantization, pruning, distillation).

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI observability and monitoring tools.

• Preferred: Understanding of AI governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC 2).

• Preferred: Previous consulting or solution-architecture experience in delivering enterprise AI products.

• Preferred: Background in financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
