Senior Agent Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive solution architectures for AI Agent implementations that integrate Parloa's platform with enterprise systems.

• Develop and configure integrations utilizing integration platforms and APIs.

• Address intricate, multi-system data flows.

• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on tailored integration scenarios.

• Evaluate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.

• Address obstacles in collaboration with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and clients.

• Define the scope of AI Agent deployments and offer architectural guidance and execution support.

• Examine customer needs and craft prompts based on an understanding of LLM internals.

• Convert customer workflows into well-structured conversational components.

• Enhance conversational flows and voice output utilizing SSML, Lexicons, and Regex.

• Document best practices, how-to manuals, and product functionalities for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing positions, demonstrating expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.

• Strong systems thinking with a background in resolving complex technical challenges across multiple systems and data sources.

• Experience managing complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, and ticketing systems.

• Proficient in REST API design, JSON/XML data formats, and API testing tools such as Postman, as well as authentication patterns like OAuth, API keys, and JWT.

• Familiarity with reading and utilizing API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, encompassing risk assessment and problem-solving skills.

• Project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and convert them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, including A/B testing for agent performance evaluation.

• Previous experience in conversation design, prompt engineering, or A/B testing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
