Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and expand affiliate relationships.

• Ensure affiliates receive consistent information and support.

• Manage the onboarding process and facilitate the smooth integration of new affiliates.

• Track affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.

• Evaluate affiliate outcomes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, optimize campaigns, and discover expansion opportunities.

• Conduct research to recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Address affiliate-related issues and provide prompt resolutions.

• Work alongside internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels to enhance conversion rates.

• Regularly assess and refine affiliate communication and management processes.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity for data-driven decision-making.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing techniques and strategies, including SEO, media buying, and paid social channels.

• Advanced proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting tools.

• Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to enhance processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset that balances execution, planning, and strategy.

• Adaptable with a willingness to accept feedback.

• Comfortable promoting products based on unrestricted models and content.

• Experience with intricate affiliate tracking systems, postback S2S setup, and ad servers is advantageous.

• Experience managing affiliate disputes, tracking problems, fraud, and volume reductions is a bonus.

• Experience in scaling affiliate programs from mid-sized to enterprise level is a plus.

• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing is an asset.

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models is a bonus.

• Understanding of fraud prevention techniques is a bonus.
