Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage, sustain, and expand affiliate partnerships.

• Ensure affiliates are consistently informed and well-supported.

• Oversee the onboarding and integration processes for new affiliates.

• Monitor affiliate performance, providing reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.

• Analyze affiliate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns, and discover scaling opportunities.

• Conduct research to recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Resolve affiliate-related issues promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels that enhance conversion rates.

• Regularly assess and enhance affiliate communication and management processes.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Advanced understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies, including SEO, media buying, and paid social channels.

• High competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and various reporting systems.

• Exceptional skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to enhance processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

• Fluent in English.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Open to learning, humble, and receptive to feedback.

• Adaptable and capable of quickly reprioritizing tasks.

• Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers.

• Proven experience in handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume fluctuations.

• Experience in scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.

• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models.

• Understanding of fraud prevention techniques.

• Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.

• Legal authorization to work in the current country of residence.
