Affiliate & Social Shopping Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the affiliate strategy and annual planning for Levanta (Amazon), Impact (DTC/Shopify), and Superfiliate (creator storefronts), which includes overseeing commission structures, partner tiers, and managing the affiliate agency to meet specific targets.

• Enhance Amazon affiliate revenue through Amazon Creator Connections, Levanta campaigns, external traffic initiatives, and the Brand Referral Bonus program.

• Develop a pipeline of high-value creators, publishers, and content sites; approve partners; monitor for fraudulent activities; and conduct audits on payouts.

• Expand Onnit's TikTok Shop from start to finish, covering catalog management, listings, TikTok-specific offers, Shop Ads, LIVE shopping, and maintaining relationships with platform account teams.

• Grow the TikTok Shop creator affiliate program by implementing sampling, establishing commission tiers, creating creator briefs, and managing community engagement and retention.

• Evaluate emerging platforms, such as Whatnot, with well-defined go/no-go criteria.

• Ensure that creator content, listings, and offers comply with supplement claims regulations, platform category policies, FTC disclosure requirements, and content usage rights.

• Manage the affiliate and social shopping budget, along with weekly and monthly performance reporting; collaborate with analytics to assess incrementality beyond last-click attribution.

• Coordinate affiliate and creator support for launches and significant events like Prime Day and BFCM; align offers with Onnit's pricing strategy; and work with finance, legal, and procurement on vendor contracts.

• Assist in annual planning and budgeting for affiliate and social shopping as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

• Represent Onnit at industry events, platform summits, and creator activations as required.

• Provide support for product seeding and creator requests from PR and brand marketing teams.

• Supervise freelancers or contractors involved in creator outreach, content creation, or LIVE production as necessary.

• Conduct competitive research on affiliate and social commerce trends for leadership insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in affiliate, creator, or partnership marketing for a consumer brand, preferably in a claims-sensitive sector such as supplements, wellness, or beauty.

• Practical experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, Levanta, CJ, Rakuten, or similar), along with a working knowledge of Amazon Attribution, Creator Connections, and Brand Referral Bonus.

• Demonstrated success in growing and scaling a TikTok Shop, including experience with Seller Center, Affiliate Center, creator collaborations, sampling, and LIVE shopping.

• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities: adept at managing a channel budget, modeling commission economics, and overseeing agencies and vendors against performance benchmarks.

• Solid understanding of FTC endorsement guidelines, compliance with supplement claims, and rights associated with creator content.

• Ability to function as both a strategist and a hands-on operator, including willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for LIVE events and campaign activities.

• Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset, evidenced by a history of testing new platforms and collaborating across all levels of Onnit and the broader Unilever organization.
