πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Evaluate revenue cycle performance, payer composition, reimbursement frameworks, and workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement.

β€’ Utilize expertise in Tribal health financing, encompassing AIR/OMB encounter rates, Purchased/Referred Care, and IHS/638/ISDEAA frameworks, to inform client recommendations.

β€’ Develop financial and operational models to assess performance, fee frameworks, and business scenarios.

β€’ Transform intricate data into actionable recommendations and client-ready presentations, proposals, and deliverables.

β€’ Oversee deliverables, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and assist in business development and best practices.

β€’ Support Tribal health organizations in enhancing billing, claims, payment, and reimbursement outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, healthcare, Tribal relations, economics, finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.

β€’ A minimum of one year of applicable consulting or healthcare industry experience.

β€’ Practical knowledge of revenue cycle best practices, hospital and outpatient billing, third-party reimbursement, and relevant regulations and policies.

β€’ Familiarity with Tribal health reimbursement frameworks and payment methodologies.

β€’ Experience with electronic medical records and practice management systems.

β€’ Strong financial and operational analytical skills, including model development, trend identification, and the ability to present findings to executive and operational stakeholders.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

β€’ Excellent communication, organizational skills, judgment, relationship management, discretion, and adaptability.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25% locally and nationally.
