
Senior Advisor, Healing Spaces – Tribal Health Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in Healing Spaces initiatives throughout the planning, design, and construction phases by assessing client needs, identifying gaps, and discovering opportunities.
• Organize work plans, deliverables, interviews, and daily collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data, recognize trends, and convert insights into clear recommendations and business cases.
• Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, and communicate effectively using construction terminology.
• Develop presentations and proposals that are ready for client review.
• Work alongside project teams and support business development, methodologies, and best practices.
• Assist Tribal health organizations in transforming facility needs and project challenges into actionable recommendations.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, healthcare, Tribal relations, economics, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of one year of applicable consulting or industry experience.
• Capability to interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and other technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction terminology.
• Strong analytical abilities and the skill to distill complex financial, operational, quantitative, and qualitative information into sound recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of data analysis and project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, relationship management, judgment, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and capacity to work independently.
• Experience with Tribal communities or Tribal health organizations, previous analyst or consulting roles, or knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, or build-out is an advantage.
