Senior Advisor, Digital Marketing – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and execute customized growth strategies in the realms of Digital Marketing and Technology.

• Collaborate closely with clients to meet strategic goals and ensure long-term success.

• Lead and facilitate workshops and growth sessions.

• Articulate complex subjects and devise practical solutions.

• Enhance processes using digital tools and AI technologies.

• Implement and integrate AI tools like GPT, along with no-code platforms such as Zapier and Airtable, for automation and process optimization.

• Utilize Miro, Figma, HubSpot, and ClickUp to foster effective collaboration and provide a seamless client experience.

• Generate comprehensive reports and recommendations grounded in data analysis.

• Ensure the successful, client-centered execution of all initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a strategic capacity within the digital field, preferably in Marketing or Technology.

• A university degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.

• Extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing (e.g., Performance Marketing and Content Strategy) and/or Technology (e.g., digital transformation, IT architecture, and AI-driven solutions).

• Proficiency in German and a high level of English competency.

• Significant experience with HubSpot and other CRM platforms.

• Strong comprehension and practical experience with AI tools, no-code solutions, and project management applications such as Miro, ClickUp, JIRA, G Suite, and Figma.

• Solid understanding of SQL and database architecture.

• Programming capabilities in JavaScript, Python, or PHP.

• Experience in development is a notable advantage.

• Exceptional organizational skills and unwavering reliability.

• Demonstrated success in leading workshops and conveying complex information.

• Security clearance and references are mandatory.
