This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Digital Product teams to ensure analytics and test/learn agendas are aligned with the strategic priorities of the business and enterprise.
• Convert business strategies into organized measurement frameworks, encompassing KPIs, success metrics, and hypotheses for experimentation.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve digital experiences, engagement, and value creation through analytics.
• Assist in prioritizing digital investments by basing decisions on data, performance insights, and anticipated business impact.
• Assess the effectiveness of digital capabilities and suggest enhancements, optimizations, and new feature opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of performance drivers, including adoption, engagement, friction points, and leakage throughout customer journeys.
• Develop, implement, and promote frameworks for segmentation, behavioral, and journey analysis to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Evolve analytical methods from one-time analyses to repeatable, scalable frameworks and data products.
• Identify key factors influencing customer satisfaction, engagement, and perceived value across digital experiences.
• Distill complex analytical results into clear, persuasive narratives that guide business strategy and foster sustained enterprise impact.
• Offer strategic insights for prioritization, roadmap development, and investment trade-offs.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to integrate analytics products and insights into strategic priorities and business growth plans.
• Extensive experience in business analytics and/or digital product analytics.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to link analytics to financial and strategic outcomes.
• Proven ability to create and implement analytical frameworks that support outcome-based decision-making.
• Experience navigating complex, evolving data environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into business and customer implications.
• Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Databricks).
• Knowledge of segmentation, behavioral, and journey analytics methodologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with informing investment decisions or prioritizing business initiatives (preferred).
