This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Consistently achieve or surpass individual enrollment goals and KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Oversee a high-volume lead pipeline through phone, email, text, and Live Chat communication channels.
• Conduct discovery-focused interviews to reveal student aspirations, evaluate fit, and establish trust.
• Assist prospective students throughout the journey from inquiry to enrollment and their first day.
• Offer tailored one-on-one consultations.
• Act as a liaison between prospective students, Financial Services, and Student Success teams.
• Accurately and enthusiastically represent all SDI programs.
• Ensure a seamless transition to Student Success after enrollment.
• Exemplify top-tier recruitment techniques and support teammates in their improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes.
• Engage in team meetings, coaching calls, and one-on-one sessions.
• Utilize extensive SDI product knowledge to enhance interactions and mentor newer representatives.
• Ensure that all interactions align with ethical enrollment standards and regulatory compliance, including DEAC, Department of Education, ATF, DOD, State of Arizona, VA, and relevant agencies.
• Accurately process student applications and documentation.
• Maintain and optimize the lead database.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a college admissions or student enrollment role, with a proven and documented history of success.
• A strong commitment to fostering each student's long-term success and positive educational outcomes.
• Ability to facilitate engaging and meaningful conversations that encourage prospective students to express their educational objectives, motivations, and concerns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven, organized self-starter with the capability to influence others.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to change, ask questions proactively, and leverage ambiguity as an advantage.
• A growth mindset demonstrated through regular reviews of performance metrics, evaluations of personal calls and interactions, and a proactive approach to seeking feedback.

• Some travel may be required, up to 5%.
