This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the administration of Yardi Voyager along with its associated modules, configurations, workflows, permissions, and scheduled processes.
• Support system configuration and enhancement requests while taking into account business needs, security, controls, downstream impacts, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior team members to translate operational and financial requirements into suitable Yardi solutions.
• Identify and propose enhancements to system functionality, consistency, efficiency, and user experience.
• Investigate and resolve Yardi issues related to configuration, data, workflows, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Coordinate with Yardi Client Services, internal technology teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to address issues.
• Monitor recurring support issues and recommend improvements in processes, configurations, documentation, or training.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, menu access, workflows, and role-based security configurations.
• Oversee user provisioning, modifications, transfers, deactivations, access reviews, segregation-of-duties activities, audit requests, and control documentation.
• Adhere to security, SOX, change-management, and internal-control requirements.
• Utilize SQL/YSQL and system tools for issue research, data validation, and support in troubleshooting and reconciliation.
• Aid in data mapping, conversions, migrations, reporting validation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Assist Accounting and Finance users with Yardi functionality related to financial processing, reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, Job Cost, Construction Manager, and Investment Manager.
• Engage in testing for upgrades, plugin updates, patches, enhancements, configuration changes, integrations, and releases.
• Conduct regression and user acceptance testing and maintain testing documentation, release communications, and post-deployment validation.
• Provide support for acquisitions, dispositions, conversions, organizational changes, module implementations, and other technology initiatives.
• Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, training, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, configuration documentation, testing materials, and knowledge articles.
• Share expertise with application support resources and business users.
• Practical experience in Yardi Voyager administration, application support, or related Yardi experience within a property management or real estate setting.
• Proficient understanding of Yardi configuration, security, user administration, troubleshooting, workflows, and business process support.
• General knowledge of the interactions between Yardi configuration, security, data, reporting, integrations, and financial processes.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and/or YSQL, or a willingness to develop query skills.
• Experience in system testing, upgrades, enhancements, user acceptance testing, or production validation is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting or financial processes within Yardi, emphasizing the importance of data integrity and internal controls.
• Capability to research issues, manage multiple priorities, adhere to established procedures, and escalate when necessary.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience supporting various property types or real estate business verticals within a shared Yardi environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S and/or Voyager 8.
• Exposure to Yardi Job Cost, Construction Manager, Investment Manager, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, or workflow functionality.
• Familiarity with Yardi integrations, interfaces, APIs, third-party applications, SQL/YSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, conversions, or data migration activities.
• Knowledge of SOX-compliant environments, access controls, or internal/external audit support.
• Awareness of IT change management, release management, ServiceNow, or enterprise IT service management practices.
