Junior ERP System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist warehouse and operational personnel with inquiries and challenges related to the ERP system.

• Oversee user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights.

• Set up and manage system forms, menus, fields, and user configurations.

• Track system tasks, background operations, and integration queues, aiding in the resolution of errors and failed processes.

• Examine ERP/WMS problems, pinpoint root causes, and provide effective solutions.

• Manage system parameters, workflows, warehouse locations, and other operational configurations.

• Assist with ERP testing, updates, patches, and new warehouse rollouts.

• Provide support for warehouse hardware and integrations, including scanners, handheld devices, printers, and label printing.

• Collaborate with ERP, IT, Warehouse Operations, Quality, and project teams to address system and process-related challenges.

• Keep system documentation up to date and facilitate change control and QMS compliance.

• Gradually assume greater ERP administration responsibilities as your expertise increases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, either completed or currently in progress.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, ERP/WMS administration, or a comparable technical position.

• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, CRM, or other business software applications.

• Background in logistics, warehousing, or an operational setting.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient general IT knowledge and confidence in working with complex systems.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.

• Proficient working knowledge of English.
