This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create correspondence, reports, and various documents in their final form.
• Organize and manage files while keeping track of suspense files.
• Handle photocopying and facilitate sending and receiving facsimile transmissions.
• Provide backup support for telephone communications.
• Process invoices and billing; maintain accurate records.
• Keep unit attendance records and manage library and/or manuals.
• Document meeting minutes.
• Arrange travel logistics.
• Ensure an adequate inventory of supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Conduct research on a variety of topics as required.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Contribute to the organization’s quality programs.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in general office administrative tasks or a comparable blend of education and experience is required.
• Experience in the insurance sector, whether with a company, broker, or consultant, is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.
• Proficient in PC usage, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess analytical and interpretive skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities.
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Capable of meeting or surpassing Performance Competencies.
• Ability to manage work-related stress and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Meet assigned deadlines consistently.
• Proficient in computer keyboarding.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
