Senior Administrador Wintel, Identidades, Azure Virtual Desktop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and certificates.

• Resolve complex level 2 and 3 incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft systems and infrastructure.

• Administer Active Directory, GPOs, Sites & Services, replication, and administrative delegation.

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identities through Entra Connect.

• Administer MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.

• Oversee and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including Host Pools, Session Hosts, Workspaces, and FSLogix profiles.

• Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), including application deployment, updates, OSD, inventory, and reporting.

• Participate in Co-Management scenarios with Intune.

• Manage patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation in Windows systems.

• Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, analyze alerts, and engage in vulnerability and security management within Microsoft XDR environments.

• Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.

• Oversee permissions, configuration, and governance of Microsoft 365 services.

• Administer and maintain ADFS infrastructures and hybrid identity environments.

• Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell for tasks related to Active Directory, M365, SCCM, and Windows systems.

• Identify automation opportunities and develop management and reporting tools.

• Participate in infrastructure improvement and optimization projects.

• Collaborate with international teams, vendors, and clients, utilizing English for documentation, tickets, and technical meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior experience in Windows Server administration and the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Advanced experience with Active Directory, including GPOs, replication, Sites & Services, and delegation.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity management.

• Knowledge of Entra Connect, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.

• Proficient in managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix.

• Advanced experience with SCCM/MECM, including software distribution, updates, OSD, and inventory.

• Experience in Co-Management environments with Intune.

• Knowledge of security, hardening, patching, and vulnerability management in Microsoft environments.

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and security alert management.

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Knowledge of ADFS and federated authentication.

• Proficient in PowerShell with experience in task automation.

• Familiarity with Terraform.

• Ability to resolve complex infrastructure incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting.

• Sufficient technical English to work with documentation, tickets, vendors, and participate in international meetings.

• Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter will be valued.

• Knowledge of Hyper-V and high availability will be considered a plus.

• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops is a plus.

• Knowledge of IIS and SSL/TLS certificate management will be valued.

• Knowledge of SQL Server administration will be considered a plus.

• Current Microsoft certifications, especially AZ-104, AZ-140, SC-300, MD-102, MS-102, SC-200, or AZ-800/AZ-801, will be valued.
