Platform Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise data platforms, including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and associated DHA tools.

• Manage configurations, access permissions, and governance across various environments.

• Provide support for patch management, system monitoring, logging, and validation of system health.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and performance.

• Coordinate the provisioning, deployment, and configuration of platforms in accordance with enterprise delivery standards.

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

• Assist with security and compliance initiatives aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks.

• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-related setting.

• Practical experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux.

• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, particularly EC2-based infrastructure.

• Comprehensive understanding of access management, governance, and operational sustainability in regulated settings.

• Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or comparable security and compliance frameworks.

• Capability to thrive in a remote, collaborative Agile environment while working closely with cross-functional technical teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Specific roles may necessitate U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
