📋 Description

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a worldwide clientele.

• Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across various Workday Adaptive Insights modules.

• Facilitate client working sessions to collect, comprehend, and analyze business requirements.

• Evaluate client needs and propose recommendations or alternative strategies to achieve client objectives.

• Advise clients on best practices, suggest process enhancements, and execute system improvements.

• Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize competing demands on projects of medium to high complexity across multiple clients simultaneously.

• Discuss and convey lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's perspective to clients.

• Oversee project scope, quality, and timelines within areas of expertise.

• Provide guidance, direction, coaching, and quality reviews for team members.

• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and present or implement corrective actions.

• Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository.

• Mentor and coach less experienced team members.

• Propose innovative approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.

• Develop an intermediate understanding of touch points, dependencies, and integrations across Workday areas.

• Achieve role KPIs, including utilization targets, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience leading and executing Workday implementations, providing support for Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a Workday client.

• Extensive knowledge in at least two Workday Adaptive Planning areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Integrations - Power of One.

• Capability to lead medium to large projects through the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, to go-live.

• Effectively and actively engage in multiple, concurrent projects of all sizes in both supporting and leadership roles.

• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to ensure timeliness and quality standards without supervision.

• Proficient in managing timelines, deadlines, and objectives effectively.

• Proven commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

• Strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and foster relationships.

• Candidates must possess work authorization in the country of application that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Individuals currently employed by a Kognitiv client or affiliated Kognitiv business may not be eligible for consideration.
