Senior Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver outsourced accounting and financial reporting solutions to a diverse range of clients

• Ensure the accuracy and promptness of financial reporting and client information processing

• Conduct reconciliations and documentation for bank and other balance sheet accounts

• Prepare and reconcile payroll information

• Review and authorize transactional accounting activities

• Examine the general ledger for thoroughness and precision

• Manage weekly open items and maintain communication with clients

• Analyze month-end journal entries, including prepayments, accrued expenses, inventory, and amortization

• Draft initial financial statements and reporting packages for manager's review

• Coordinate weekly and monthly responsibilities with the accounting team

• Collaborate with the team to ensure prompt month-end closure and financial report delivery

• Engage in career development initiatives and staff training

• Build and maintain relationships with client executives and senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Previous operational accounting experience, including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash, and Credit Card Reconciliations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Exceptional analytical, research, and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail

• Strong judgment, along with problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Quick adaptability to new systems and processes

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting

• Minimum internet speed requirement: 50-100 Mbps
