📋 Description

• Instruct students in your areas of expertise

• Uphold the integrity of course and instructional programs

• Ensure that instructional delivery is in line with the University’s mission and vision for enhancing the student experience

• Foster an academic environment characterized by mutual respect and consideration for individual dignity

• Assist in the development of curricula for both residential and distance education settings

• Participate in research, scholarship, or creative activities as required by the respective college or school

• Provide support to students and contribute to the professional discipline

• Exemplify a personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University

• Engage in personal spiritual growth within a biblically informed Christian perspective

• Utilize diverse teaching techniques to create effective learning conditions and accommodate individual differences, abilities, and interests

⛳️ Requirements

• A doctoral degree or a terminal master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant area of teaching is preferred, though not mandatory

• A personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University

• A strong dedication to, and experience in, personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview

• Capability to teach in the faculty member’s areas of expertise

• Faculty members are contracted for 10, 11, or 12 months (30, 33, or 36 load hours, respectively)
