📋 Description

• Review, analyze, and annotate financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy and completeness while providing insights based on established accounting standards.

• Evaluate and critique audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations applicable to various business scenarios.

• Develop and assess financial models, ensuring they are logically structured, accurate, and yield actionable insights.

• Analyze and offer feedback on tax compliance practices and documentation, emphasizing risks and compliance challenges.

• Review a diverse range of legal and financial documents, providing comprehensive feedback on clarity, accuracy, and adherence to regulations.

• Provide clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials, facilitating effective communication with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in the development and evaluation of data sets for AI training, utilizing prior experience in human data processes such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of corporate-level accounting experience with a proven ability to manage complex financial situations.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and the review of legal documents.

• Proven experience in delivering actionable feedback and effectively communicating findings in both written and verbal forms.

• Previous involvement in human data projects, including data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or model evaluation.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to accuracy and compliance.
